Hi are calls on ipone o2 via wifi free to another iPhone on EE

Wifi calls are exactly the same as a normal phone call, so if it's usually free or included in allowances it will be the same and if usually a chargeable call, it will still be https://www.o2.co.uk/connectivity/wifi-and-4g-calling

Free on wifi if you use Facetime audio if you both have iOS7 or above.
