Calls to Virgin Media phone

I have been unable to call my work phone on Virgin Media from my personal phone on O2 as has one of my colleagues on O2.  We get a message saying we can't connect to this Network.  Any idea what is going on?

What happens when you try calling the other way, from work phone to personal phone, @Mike_Dyson?
