Hi! Can anyone help - I'm in France and have the correct bolt on for European travel but my phone is saying 'no service' so I can only use my phone when on wifi! I have data roaming on etc. Thanks! Jo

Just called, apparently my iphone wasnt set up with the idata account, it was set as an android..? it should all work fine now.
