my calls are still blocked after more than 36 hours even though my full bill was paid on thursday, tried to contact O2 all day today but no luck.

Give Payment Management a call directly @Anonymous - use 202 from your mobile and select the relevant option (if you can make calls to O2, which depends on the level of restriction).
