You have been cut off as the system is automated.
Even though you agreed a payment plan you will still have to contact O2 to get reconnected.
Use Skype or borrow a phone to contact payment management.
You can reach the Payment Management team on 0800 902 0217.
The opening times are:
Monday to Friday – 8am to 8pm
Saturday – 8am to 6pm
Sunday – 9am to 6pm

These guys can give you more time to pay but you may still be cut off as it is an automated system process.
