Calls , internet issue in Brighton area

Hello,

 

Since 15 of January, I can't make any phone calls or receiving. Texts are working sometimes. Mobile internet is not working at all. My phone is showing signal ok. Its not only my mobile, my wife has the same issues so as my friends who live in this area (BN3 + at least 2-3 miles)

I checked on your status website my postcode and this is what it's showing, but this is now second week and nothing has happened to resolve this problem. Please advise.

I assume therefore that you are on a business contract? In which case you are entitled to a different levels of compensation to personal customers. If not, tough luck, but you might get a goodwill gesture if you ask nicely slight_smile Really you should have other means of communication as that would be good business sense.

The mast in the royal Sussex county hospital has been removed in readiness for a helicopter pad no new mast has been installed in the area to maintain coverage

This was switched off on the 25th march 2013 o2 dont appear to have a solution in place yet customer services just say contact network support
