Can I use my phone in the USA with inclusive minutes and date like in Europe

You can if you have the Travel Inclusive bolt on - check your MyO2 http://www.o2.co.uk/myo2

If not, you will be on standard travel or standard rates http://international.o2.co.uk/internationaltariffs/travelling_abroad
