I had the samsung 10e it kept dropping calls for months they eventually sent me a new samsung 10e .

But it still kept doing it so my wife just got me the samsung a52s.

And guess what its still doing the same 

I cant get through to o2 to see if they can change my sim i think it must be the sim surely its not 3 faulty phones

Can anyone advise me on what i can do.

We’re just customers like you but it sounds like you’ll need someone to access your account which can’t be done from here. If you message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this

or pop into your local O2 store for a sim swap.
