Calls drop out everywhere I go even on WiFi calls

My phone cuts people of at all times of the day any where in the country I seem to be I can only get around 5 minutes of calls maximum, I've had the phone for 4 months and it has always been the same it's a Sony A10 I've tried resetting things but it is still the same

@Longshanksii Are you able to try the sim card in another phone? If the issue is resolved with that, then you should contact Sony: Support for Mobile Phones & Tablets | Sony UK

If it doesn't resolve the issue, you should call O2 and request a new sim card, or go in store if you have one nearby.

O2 customer service:
Call 202 from your mobile or 0800 032 1402 from any phone or numbers in this link: Guide: Coronavirus Community Help and Support 
When it comes to the reason you are calling, stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.
Press 2 for Everything Else
Press 5 for More Options
Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to someone.
Say 'Upgrade', 'Lost/Stolen', or 'Fraud' if the suggestion above doesn't get you through.
Best time to call is 8 am.
