A couple months ago,  are bill went huge due 2 a family problem,  the 265£ debt has been paid , and its 2 weeks into my new billing period,  yet it says calls barred still from my device what do I have 2 do?

This looks like something you’d need to call O2’s customer service team about – give them a call on 202  or 0344 809 0202 (or specific Payment management number -0800 902 0217 )
