Calls and Wifi

When I'm on a call, it regularly goes silent and I cannot hear the other person and they cannot hear me.  Also, my internet doesn't load intermittently on wifi.  I have to constantly turn it off on my phone and use 4G to browse the internet.

This only started since I got my iphone 12, never had an issue before.

Just wondering if this is a fault with the handset or O2 signal?
