Calls abroad

I opted to now have access to make international calls believing that I could add a bolt on as required. I have just added the bolt on however I still cannot call abroad. How can I either cancel the bolt on or activate calling from UK to Portugal? Thanks

@Sarah_B If you and the people you want to call in Portugal, or in fact anywhere in the world download WhatsApp, you can call for free over WiFi.

You'll need to speak to customer service to cancel your bolt-on.
Call 202 from your mobile or 0344 809 0202, 0800 902 0217 or 0800 032 1402 
When it comes to the reason you are calling, stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.
Press 2 for Everything Else
Press 5 for More Options
Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to someone.
Say 'Upgrade', 'Lost/Stolen', or 'Fraud' if the suggestion above doesn't get you through.
Best time to call is 8 am.
You can also reach O2 via social media:
Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB), Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW), or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG)

Even with the bolt on you need to ensure you don't have a zero spend cap on your account

Contact customer service to raise the cap to £5.00 or more
