Calling up O2 customer services and they are asking for an account password

I presumed my account password would be the one to my O2 but apparantly it is one I set up before, I was wondering how I could find it out so they can authorize who I am and find out why I have been charged extra for something,

Thanks

Other companies tend to call it a security question, I have no idea why they call it a password at O2 as it can be a tad confusing. For example "What is your mothers maiden name?". you should be able to ask them to ask you the question as a reminder for what it is.

If you look in "My O2", goto your account, click on "My Details" scroll down you will see "View My Security Details", your password will be in there.
I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
