Calling the UK from EU

I need to make a call to my GP while in the Netherlands. Would this incur the same charge as making an international call to the EU? How does this work?

So with the standard unlimited calls, so long as I'm calling the UK it'll be fine? Because I know texting does still incur a charge

Hopefully your GP is a regular geographical number, not an 0870 or similar number? Calls to 0870 and other non-geographic numbers in the UK are not included in your tariff or bundled calls, @jesster.
