Calling mobile while turned off

Hi,

When I call my mobile when it is turned off I can hear ringing on the line. It rings about 8 times then appears to answer with silence for five seconds then the call ends.  I have voicemail turned off in Tugo.

I expected a message about the mobile being off or out of service area instead of a ringing tone.  I suspect this has something to do with Tugo and voicemail.  How can I change this?

Thanks.

I suspect that you may have to log out and remove Tu from your phone, then dial 1760 to turn VM off on the network and then reinstall Tu again.

Try dialing 176002 from your normal phone app too.

Thanks but dialing that gives an "invalid number" message. 😞

Thanks, that did the trick.

I get "invalid number" when I dial 1760 though.

It's all connected with Tu and the way it integrates with VM. Which numbers do and don't work are a bit of a lottery.

I've deleted my TuGo account and now 1760 is working again.

Many thanks for your help.
