Why can I not make are receive calls from Spain and Portugal when I was there last August as I am heading back in the summer I want to make and receive calls on my o2 network

You should be able to call between 2 EU countries without any problems.

Just make sure you are using the correct format and country codes.

00 then country code then drop the first 0

How to call Portugal from Spain:

00 - Spain exit code to dial first when calling international
351 - Portuguese country code must be dialed next
00 + 351 + Local Number - Overall dialing code format

I DO NOT WORK FOR O2
