Calling Spain to a UK number in Indonesia - included?

My UK data, minutes and texts are all included in Spain.
My partner and his 3 mobile UK phone are in Indonesia, where his data, minutes and texts also work.
Can we call eachother within our allowance? Or will we get charged?

So you shouldn't be charged for calling a UK number that's roaming when you are roaming. It should be charged as normal (dependent on where you are roaming of course). 

Also @Cleoriff  I'll drop you a PM shortly just so we can have a closer look at those charges you mentioned getting from your Thailand call.
