Calling Europe Zone when you are roaming is inclusive?

Am I interpreting this correctly or not? Here's what is says on the website is included in the European romaing charges:

• Making calls and sending texts within our Europe Zone (excluding the UK), to any other country in our Europe Zone (including the UK).

So as an example, when travelling in France, I can make calls to French landlines and mobiles and it will come out of my inclusive allowance?

Hi @Redqueen Yes you can as long as you remain within your allowances.

Before you travel, ring customer services and make sure you have no roaming bars on your account.

Just seemed somewhat silly that if I call France from here I get charged the ridiculous international rates, but when I'm over there they are included.

It's good, just seems slightly daft!
