Does anyone know why my o2 account and Virgin Media account are not automatically linking. I have been with o2 for about 3 weeks now. I would like to benefit from the double data on o2 and double speed on Virgin Broadband as that is one of the main reasons I signed up for o2.
I have asked in store and they ask me to call 202. When I do that, the damn "££$% system does not let me speak to anyone and says goodbye and just hangs up on me.
Is there anyone around that can help??
