Thing is Lee, unless a poster tells us what the problem was, there's no way of knowing whether the service was crap, or whether the the poster was being unrealistic and self important in making demands that were silly in the first place. Such people do tend to spit the dummy out and cry "poor customer service" when it was they don't get their own way. We do like to help on here, but it's impossible to help without the facts.
