Called an 0845 number.

Hi guys.....I called an 0845 number doing a favour for a friend. Had no idea it wasn't part of my inclusive 1000 mins. Luckily I was only connected for 3 mins, because the line was constantly busy. However, shocked to see that £1.51 has been added to my next bill. Anything I can do to get this reduced as I had no idea it was chargeable.

@Tolkienista For future reference, should you need to call a number with a similar prefix again, use this site to see if there's an alternative number.

Thanks for your message Bambino, I've used that site before but as I said I was calling the number handed to me by a friend and just didn't think that an 0845 number was so expensive.
