I have sim only contract and the lady in the shop told me after three months i could upgrade to get a phone, however a man in the shop told me after three months i can only upgrade online, on my account here today is the date it said i can upgrade from, but it says i cant upgrade this number online i need to call a number to upgrade.... Does anyone know anything about upgrading, Did the lady just tell me i could upgrade after three months just to get me to sign up to sim only, or if i call the number do you think they will defo upgrade me?

You can upgrade on a 12 month simplicity but you need to CALL customer service to do so.
