Solved: Call statements

I desperately need a copy of all the calls I have made since January 2021. I was told to go to my app, but it will only give me a breakdown of calls since January 2023. Any ideas?

Hi @Carrie57 You will have to speak to O2 customer services and see what they can do for you. You maybe looking to go back to far with Jan 2021 but ask and see what they say.
