Solved: Call problem

Hi

I have top up my O2 until 19th of this month, but when I try to call my gp, it won't let me and the recorded voice said you have to top up.

Please help me on this

Only standard UK numbers are included in allowances so if it's an 0845 number for example, you will need to add credit.
