Call forwarding not working on pay monthly

Hi all am having issues with call forwarding on my pay monthly contract,I have been intouch with customer services on 202 they didn't say anything about it not working but gave me short codes to try and they still don't work even tried call settings in my phone to no avail anyone else having this problem?

Yes I have tried all that even told O2 to deactivate O2 Ask as I have uninstalled it but it's still not working might have to wait 24 hours as I only contacted them a few hours ago

O2's systems usually update around midnight each day, so try again after that.

Still no joy with call forwarding working have told cs I want too deactivate but have to wait for O2 to get back to me

Further update to the problem O2 are sorting the problem out might take up to five days

Good luck @ste064, hope they are able to sort it out for you. It may mean disconnection of your messaging box and reconnection which under normal circumstances is quite easy to do.

It is something to do with the O2 Ask app there is no way to cancel it on the app or even uninstalling will not remove it even customer services can't remove it as it as they make it a bolt on

Got a call from O2 today to see what was happening and information now passed on to O2 engineers.
Further updates when I know more
