Call forwarding/ divert

Anonymous
Not applicable

I have 2 separate accounts with O2. One for my work and a pay as you go contract on my personal number. To save carrying two phones around I've gone with a 2 sim arrangement on mt I-phone 4. I can only use one sim at a time. I want to forward my calls from my personal number. I've tried the "Not reachable divert" as described in this forum.

Always get the error message "Setting Registration Failed"

How can I set the call forward up?

I'm not aware that any PAYG networks allow it due to it using credit to forward calls, but I'm sure our community managers will pass on your comments wink
I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

You can't divert from a PAYG number - Only a contract number.

O2 should bake this clear before you buy a sim from them! There's nothing in any of the literature. Poor service!!

The instructions on call diverting on the 02 web site don't mention that so just wasted ½hr trying to do that on my PAYG
