Why was a 3 second call to a Spanish number charged at £1.25? I thought all European calls were now part of your tariff and if not how to justify £1.25 for 3 seconds!?

Only when roaming, not from the UK.
All calls are charged per minute or part of.

I think all calls are rounded up to the next minute. That's been my experience certainly. One second or 59 seconds same charge.
