Solved: Call barring

Hi all,
I would like to be able to enable call barring for outgoing international calls and I have tried using the default password 0000. O2 customer service agent kept repeating I must have changed the password as they have no control on that. I did not as I had just joined o2. Help?

Try 5555 or ask customer service to put a bar on your account.
