I have a pay monthly sim and I'm on vacation in Greece almost a month. They sent me a message some days ago that my allowances will be suspended due to safety reasons and if I want to enable them again I should contact them. That's what I did and it worked. They said that the fair usage policy allows 63 days in a 4 month period to use my phone in Greece. Yesterday they suspended my services without any notice. I can't call them, I can't contact them through the app because they are always busy whenever i try to start a conversation and i think that they disabled live chat. Does anyone know if it's possible to remove call barring by myself or contact them asap?

@Gabtzi11 A guide to use Skype and the O2 customer service numbers to call are in this link: Guide: Coronavirus Community Help and Support
Edited to add: Because you're not buying anything, O2 doesn't consider your call important, so use the Lost/Stolen or Fraud option if you have to, to get through. Otherwise you'll just be disconnected.
