Hi all,

 

I lost my phone on Friday 21st Feb and luckily found it on Saturday 22nd.

 

I had 2 bars placed on my phone, IMEI and bothway bars.

 

After numerous phone calls to customer service and 2 different sims, I still cant use the phone for calls, texts or mobile data.

 

The phone itself is fine, the o2 guru tested it with her sim card and it works ok with that.

 

Seems to still have some sort of block on my account, which customer services keep telling me is fixed.

I saw in the shop on Wednesday there were still these 2 blocks on my account, even after speaking to numerous people since Saturday. I have since spoken to 2 other customer service staff, all very helpful, but still the problem isn't solved.

 

Does anyone have any experience of this?

Poor customer service is unfortunately too common these days.

Keep trying until you get someone who can help you or get the shop to call on your behalf. That may be quicker!

Keep persevering with CS as said above. However, if they can't help then maybe our community managers can. @Marjo @Martin-O2 ?

Any adviser who is competent can remove the restrictions Keep calling until you get someone who deal with it. Don't use live chat for this.
