Call barring

Hi my phone says call barring is on every time I try to call my family in Italy but the setting for call barring says it's off.
And even if I wanted to change it it requires some pin that I do not have.

Have you a spend cap applied?

Have you paid your bill late or missed a payment?

Usually either of those two things would be why you have a call barring message.

By the way, the default pin is 0000

Either way you need to contact customer services to ask them to look at your account.
