Hi, I need a help from customer service.
I am aware of outstanding bill and wanted to arrange plan, but now left with no connection both ways, home it's pretty rubbish.
Web chats are not working and emails are rejected - how to get in touch with them????

You can reach the Payment Management team on 0800 902 0217.

The opening times are:
Monday to Friday – 8am to 8pm
Saturday – 8am to 6pm
Sunday – 9am to 6pm

hi i need my fone bk on as i pay my device plan but i cant ring 202 or 2729 as it keep saying end called and i cant ring anyone to sort this out i cant speak to guru at all i need some help please

If you've paid your bill it will take 24 to 48 hours to reconnect.

Keep rebooting the phone.
