Hi, I'm currently over in Vietnam at the moment I can receive calls & texts but can't make calls & send texts. Call barring All Outgoing Calls wont disable and have tried all the normal checks. Could someone advise how to resolve this issue?

Sounds like there is a block on the accountand you need to contact customer service.

Try dialling ##002# to cancel all diverts.

Is it something that has been set on the handset?
Some phones have options in call settings to block all or some outgoing calls.....

Hi I am still cant make any calls or send any texts. Keep getting a message saying call barring is active when I try to make a call.
