Hi, I hava a pay monthly Sim Only contract, which gives me 1000 free minutes calling. If  I ring 10 off 0800 numbers for 10 minutes each, that would be a total of 100 minutes I would have used. Would them 100 minutes be used against my 1000 free minutes on my calling plan, or with them being "FREE PHONE NUMBERS" do I still have my 1000 free minutes to use. It would be useful to know, at this time of lockdown, when we all are a bit heavy handed with our calls. Thankyou for your reply.

The 0800 numbers don't count as part of your allowance, they are totally free.

Thanks Jonsie, I thought and hoped that was the correct info, but you never take anything for granted these days. Thanks again. BlackBeauty

@BlackBeauty If you're not aware of this, O2 has given contract customers unlimited voice calls at least until the end of this month. Hopefully they will extend that as it doesn't seem likely this crisis will end anytime soon.

I DO NOT WORK FOR O2

Thanks Bambino. That is good to know, it is nice to hear that such a large organisation as 02 is giving a little back to their loyal customers, many like myself who has been with them since they first started out.
