I am using my Pay and Go sim in Lebanon. First, it was working and I could receive and make calls. A week ago I noticed that I could not make any calls anymore. I could only send sms text and receive both calls and sms. But I am not receiving every sms text, for example those of websites for activation codes. Also, not every call I made to my O2 from another phone went through.
Please I need help in order to be able to make phone calls again and receive activation codes via sms.

Thanks for the support and replies the other day.
Unfortunately, the operating company in Lebanon said that they can do nothing and that it is something that O2 has to solve. So back to zero on that.
I will keep the line as is now and hope that O2 will figure out a solution.
Thanks again

Thank you.
I removed the sim and put it back. Also, I have tried to select another network operator, but then re-selected manually the one that the sim was previously connected to, because the other network was not supported. Even I changed the handset.
I chatted with the support team, but problem was not solved.
And now I cleaned the sim as you suggested, but still the same.

The support team said that it should be working fine. Yes, it might be because of the network operator services here. I will call them to see if they can help.

Usually the local stores or retailers will be able to advise if there is a general network problem. They tend to be the first people to know.
