Having spent quite a while on Live Chat then looking through the forums I am confused, and have a simple question. I am on Classic Pay & Go. Can I setup Call Divert on my O2 sim?

More than a bit odd that O2's own support staff don't seem to be aware of this fundamental bit of information and would rather talk round the houses rather than just say this.

No surprise to us at all @robatworkuk. O2's 'support staff' have been known to refer customers to the forum on many occasions...
