Solved: Call Barring

Hi there,

I really need some urgent help . My phone is blocked due for any outgoing and incoming calls or text meesages. I get a message pop up message saying 'call barrier is on' . All O2 advisors are busy and I cannot call them anyway due to this bloakage. Can anyone help what should I do to unblock my phone and take off the call barring ?

If a handset restriction:
Open phone app.
Goto Menu >Settings and find call barring.
Select the options for incoming, outgoing etc.
You will need your sim pin which by default is 0000
If an O2 restriction due to unpaid bill, pay your bill first
