Hi. I cannot use my phone as it states : Cannot make out going calls when Call Barring is on.

I have also tried to send a message out from my phone and also to the phone. However I still get the call barring message.

Obviously I must have done something to the phone but I don't know what. I have gone through the settings ect but am unable to find what I need to do to correct this.

Can anyone help me PLEASE.

Try dialling ##002# which cancels all diverts
Otherwise look in call settings for your call barring options.

Sounds like late payment to me. If not then call customer service in case it's an error. Ask  if there is a +class 9 bar on the phone.
