Hey.. as we’re all staying home and living off WiFi. Are we still liable to pay the full amount of our bills these weeks we’re unable to fully use the tariff we’re tied to?

Does anyone know about freezing or discounting that should be happening to everyone’s accounts?

There is no freezing or discounting. O2 have made all calls free and that's as far as they have gone.
