CONTRACT CANCELLATION

I phoned to cancel my contract THREE MONTHS AGO - it was confirmed over the phone:

"Are you sure you want to cancel?"

"Yes I want to cancel everything"

"We're sorry to hear that, I'll get that done for you"

I go to my bank account yesterday to find I've been charged for every month since and it is still ongoing.

I have already switched to a new number and I haven't used any O2 data or minutes because of this!!

I'm trying to find the telephone number to phone to cancel but the website just takes me round in circles.

Not only do I want to cancel but I want my money back for the last 3 months I shouldn't have been paying.

Thanks a lot for your help, I got through to one of the numbers.  They said that because I asked for the PAC code months ago (when I phoned to cancel my account) but didn't transfer my old number over to my phone when switching networks, it didn't cancel the contract.  Ridiculous.  She agreed to give me half my money back, not her fault but what a dishonest company.
