I AM LOSING MY CONTACTS ALL THE TIME.  Very frustrating.  Can anyone tell me what to do can't get hold of an Advisor!

What do you mean you are losing your contacts? Are they just disappearing from your contact list?

What phone have you got? Are the contacts backed up to Google or the cloud?

You may need a new sim.
