How do I keep my contact list when changing over my new sim card to P A Y G ?

You should also have a Google account. Go into phone settings and click on your account. Make sure back up contacts is ticked and sync.

It doesn't "say" menu but it is the bottom left softkey (the one that lights up when you touch the screen).

Ok found that now. It seems I only have 3 contacts in my phone. How do I now transfer the rest please. Sorry but I'm disabled and a pensioner so don't know much about phones.

the front of the Samsung Galaxy Fame is the traditional Home button, sandwiched between the Menu and Return soft keys.

Press the contact button

press the bottom left soft button which is the menu key

Copy contacts from your SIM to your phone

Press Import from SIM card.

Press Phone.

Press Select all.

Press Done.
