CANT TOP UP??

I just bought a top up as i need to use my phone to ring make an urgent call and it says it is down, why is this...?? Is there a way i could top it up online and how long will it be before the line is opened?? Thanks

Once you have the voucher you need to phone the top up line, there doesn't seem a way to enter a voucher online.

You need to call 4444 on your mobile

Or 08456 062 277 from a landline.

4444 then when it asks which way you want to top up press 2 then when it asks to put in a 16 digit number, put in the numbers then you will complete your top up
