So I want to buy the new iPad but can't pay it all upfront - if I buy it on a pay monthly plan can I then make additional payments at a later date and pay it all off?

Also the iPad is like 1,300/ 1,400 but with the pay monthly plan it adds up to over 2,000! Why is that?

Yes, you can pay more off each month, but you need to call each time.

regards point 2, it's because you also pay for your data plan as well, as you cant buy it on refresh without one.
