 Good Afternoon!

I never bought a montly pay phone before, and my current device is dead. I have got a GiffGaff SIM, I would like to keep my number. On Saturday morning I would like to buy a new A5 2017 in Stratford.

My question is, what documents are necesarry and I need that phone, as soon as possible, can I buy it on that day, keep that type in the store?

I thank you for your time.I am looking forward to your response.

 Florian

Driving license, passport and a utility bill.
If Phone is in stock and you pass credit checks you can walk out with a phone but if buying a payg Phone you just need the money and no ID.

Thank you. I read good reviews about the phone, and 25 Pounds/month is an acceptable price. And my old number? Free of charge?
