Growing increasingly frustrated with O2.
Preordered the s25 ultra when it first came out...few weeks later, I received my code and I was quite impressed.
Tried using it and it keeps on saying they can't verify my card. I have tried 6 different cards from different banks and I keep on getting the exact same massage.
Called multiple times and keep on getting told that a new code will be sent within 48 hours. After 48 hours, I'll call again and get told exactly the same thing.
It's been almost a month now and no one ever gets back to me 😒

Finally got mine sorted.
After multiple visits to the store, I was able to find someone in the store that knew what he was doing and he took the payment there and then, using a discount code.
I'll be receiving my buds in a couple of days 🥳🥳🥳
