Help....I have a galaxy s20 the thing is I can't receive notifications or sound for miss calls or text can anyone help plz and thank u  ..

Not sure what you mean by you can't receive notifications @Ells.

Check the settings on your phone (on my A50 it is "settings" and then "sounds and notifications") and turn on the sounds.

Hi @Ells.

I have found this about call notifications not being on. Not entirely sure why they are off but see if this helps.

1. Go to Apps.
2. Tap Settings.
3. Tap Notifications.
4. Scroll through apps until you find your Phone app, tap Phone app.
5. Tap Missed calls.
6. Set what kind of notification you want or toggle, so all grey to disable.

For messages, follow the process above but look for Messages instead of Phone.
