Why cant I just email about replacing my phone? Broken screen, insured, now cant get through and cant get to do it on my O2 page. Thanks

You can fill out a claim form and email it to Brightstar directly https://www.o2.co.uk/sites/default/files/2017-04/o2insurance_claimform.pdf
