So i have a s20 fe. It broke about 6 months ago 2/3 months into the new contract (keeps resetting and vibrates constantly) went to the O2 shop, they said it'll be done under warranty because there's no damage to the phone. They sent it off. It came back with a note stating o2 were unable to fix the phone because it's "Not a o2 product"... The new phone I upgraded to on the o2 app... on a o2 contract... with o2 insurance... on the same o2 number ive had for the last 12 years? Anyway, after several visits to the o2 shop (hedge end) and several phone calls, turns out I can't even claim on my o2 insurance because the phones not broken. It's "faulty"

What do I do? It won't be fixed under warranty because it's not a "o2 product"

I can't claim on insurance because it's not "broken"??????????
