hi i have a sony xperia Z. Yesterday i dropped the phone and the screen smashed in the top left hand corner and is now completely useless. I cant do anything with it. I have no insurance and still have another 18 months on my contract. Any idea on what i can do and quick? Need my phone...

If you are on O2 refresh you could also check in myO2 to see what you would have to pay off on your phone plan to upgrade and get a new handset.

 

If you aren't on O2 refresh you could still upgrade early but your buyout would likely be significantly more than if you were on refresh. Again your buyout figure should be in myO2
